Is the rise in interest rates on loans justified? The Borrower's Possible Defenses

A decision was issued by the Athens Court of First Instance (injunctive measures) on the prohibition of the appearance of an unfavourable given the issuance of a payment order of approximately 115,000 euros by financial behaviour data processing companies (Tiresias etc.) due to the probability of cancellation of the payment order issued by the credit institution. In this way, the originator does not appear in databases such as that of TEIRESIA SA.
